Finally, slowly add one can of full-fat coconut milk and mix until the batter is smooth and thick. Heat a skillet with coconut oil to avoid sticking and add a large spoonful of batter to the pan cooking for three to four minute before flipping and cooking for one minute on the second side. Remove from the heat and serve with berries for added sweetness.

Raspberry Sherbet Chia

In a blender mix six pitted dates, one can of coconut milk, and one tablespoon of vanilla extract until smooth; add 20 ounces of thawed raspberries to the blender and mix before adding eight tablespoons of chia seeds with a spatula. This breakfast can be prepared the night before being consumed to allow it to set and be topped with fruits.

Eggs In Hash Brown Nests

Potatoes do not form part of the Paleo diet but can be substituted for sweet potatoes shredded into a greased muffin pan until the base is covered and bake for five to eight minutes.
